Your Responsibilities
Assemble industrial components and machinery based on technical drawings,
Operate and maintain assembly equipment,
Conduct functional testing and quality inspections,
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards,
Collaborate cross-departmentally to optimize production processes
What We Look For
Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings,
– 3+ years of experience in electromechanical assembly and wiring
Soft Skills & Qualifications:
– Intermediate English (additional languages are a plus)
– Willingness to travel occasionally (max 10% of time, Europe, North & Central America)-
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
– Open communication—we value shared ideas and challenges
– Curiosity and adaptability—thinking outside the box is key!
